Quick Tips
For a hot cereal similar to porridge, bring 1 cup of water to a boil. Add 1/2 cup of the muesli, reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for about 7 minutes. Remove from heat, cover, and let stand for 2 minutes before serving. Add any amount of toppings until your heart is content.
For a cold serve, try combining cut apples, oats, chia seeds, almonds, almond milk, cinnamon and maple syrup in a bowl. Stir to combine, cover and refrigerate overnight. In the morning or whenever you’d like to eat, top off your muesli with berries and garnish with mint leaves!
